10/10 - The best holiday of my life!! South Georgia was just as impressive as Antarctica and I would not have wanted to skip that.

10/10 - I get seasick and cold easily, but this was an experience of a lifetime. A much-needed reset close to pristine nature and wildlife, where we could see the horizon all around us every day.

We were in the Immersive kayaking program and did 9 kayak excursions. Each one was better than the next. Danny and Alice helped us feel comfortable with getting in and out of the kayak and making sure the equipment was the right fit for each of us. It was life-changing.

The kayaking was amazing. Participated in the immersive kayaking and was so happy that I had the opportunity. The team and group that participated were experienced, knowledgeable, and had great energy which just heightened the experience. Absolutely would recommend to others.

Most memorable moment? Landing on the 7th Continent! The surreal feeling of like walking side by side with a David Attenborough cameraman filming for the Frozen Continent documentary.

10/10 - This trip was better than expected. We had perfect weather, the ship crew was fantastic, and they made sure we had every opportunity to land and explore. The small ship exploring is the only way to visit Antarctica.

The expedition leaders were friendly, knowledgable, helpful and obviously concerned about our safety. All aspects of our excursions were adequately discussed before leaving the ship. Particularly pleasing was how the day to day excursions were managed in respect to weather and sea conditions.

If you are concerned mostly about the experience of being in these places, this is the type of cruise that you want. The trip to South Georgia greatly added to the experience. Would not go to Antarctica again without going there as well.

The lectures were all very good and I do not really have a favorite. They were a great benefit to better understand and appreciate our experience. There was enough variation that there was something for everyone, and I found myself going to talks that I probably would have skipped if not so pleased with everything.

What can one say - to see whales, dolphins, seals penguins, gulls, albatrosses etc etc in their natural environments is just magical. To stand on the rear of the ship and watch the giant petrels, albatrosses, prions etc soar for hours without flapping a wing. To see spouts and then look and look for the next and then the whale - well part of them - it has to be seen. Words can not express the feelings, sense and wonder that fills you.

The expedition team had a great expanse of knowledge and willing to share and advise, always approachable, made you feel like asking questions rather than - "should I ask?"

Without doubt the expedition team made the entire trip special. They were all very professional and knowledgeable, and they did everything possible to give us a rich diverse adventure while also protecting the places and wildlife for others to enjoy. Especially enjoyed the lectures about geology, climate change and global warming, and Shackleton's adventures.

10 - The destinations and experiences were beyond any we had enjoyed before. The ship's crew and expedition team were amazing; they pampered us, kept us safe, and showed us a new world in all its richness and complexity. We learned so much and gained new perspective on our planet and its diverse and vulnerable environments and inhabitants that we would not have gained through any other means.

10/10 - We are so happy that we included South Georgia and the Falklands. The landscape between Antarctica and South Georgia is so different, that I can only highly recommend to anyone considering this once-in-a-lifetime trip to not just focus on the Antarctic Peninsula and to include South Georgia and the Falklands.

The first sight of the Antarctic Peninsula, watching penguins stumbling over the rocks, hitting some ice at night that shakes the entire ship, South Georgia's sheer endless number of penguins, Grytviken whaling station, the endless cruising along the 80 mile long iceberg A76-a ...

Monica and I have been on a few organized trips and we expected this to be good but it exceeded expectations. From the ship itself to the crew, the food, the expedition crew and all that we did it was amazing. The size of the ship was perfect. The expedition leader and the captain had a plan A, B, C and sometimes D for our excursions to deal with weather conditions. As a result we never missed an outing even though we had to relocate or change from a landing to a zodiac cruise. The citizen science and on board lectures were very well done and informative. Top notch expedition!

Would definitely recommend this trip, we were so well looked after. The expedition crew led by Nate Small were very knowledgable, passing on that knowledge with good humour. They were able to change schedules to suit conditions; keeping everyone informed all the time.

It was WAY beyond my expectations! The expedition staff were a brilliant and multi-talented team - highly experienced and knowledgeable in their respective fields, very committed to protecting the treasure that is Antarctica, wonderful people with a real passion for what they do. They made us feel very safe, well looked after, and kept us highly interested and entertained while we learned a huge lot.

Quick departures from the ship to the shore. The tour guides anticipated weather changes, so we were able to enjoy two excursions per day. The pace was comfortable and the time on board was relaxing, enjoyable, and very educational.

Highlights included the albatross colony on West Point, Falklands, king penguins at Fortuna Bay, Gold Harbour and Salisbury Plain, and gentoo 'highways' on the slopes of Damoc Island.
