Polar Plunge in Deception Island/Bay. Weather was beautiful and Polar Latitudes found a way to make the polar plunge work despite overcoming Covid challenges. My father was also able to take some really cool pictures for it as well.

Climbing the hill at the first landing on the Antarctic peninsula and turning around and seeing the ship sitting in the bay and understanding the time and effort required just to get there. It was so alien, it felt like I was standing on the moon.

Seeing the penguins, seals, whales was the highlight of my trip. Seeing the biggest iceberg in the world was pretty awesome too.

I can’t answer this. I mean honestly. This trip was the trip of a lifetime and I’m already trying to find a way to get back someday. It’s life changing in some ways I already know…and some that I have yet to realize. I’m forever grateful for the experience under the safe guidance of Hannah and her incredible expedition crew. Simply the best.

My most memorable moment was kayaking. Early morning, the only sounds were the ice tinkling around us and our paddles breaking the surface of the water.
