The only land with no country ,no human being living there, only wild life and breathtaking landscape. No pollution , and when not windy the fantastic sound of silence. But how long will it last untouched ? So it is been a privilege to be there while still pure .

There were multiple high points. Visiting Shackleton's grave site at Grytviken. South Georgia. Kayaking at various points around South Georgia and Antarctic Peninsula. I got to meet some really interesting people including passengers and ships crew and staff

- seeing the land scape and the animals. - simply unmatched, unperturbed, unadulterated, and pristine. - every society has some jerks. 90% were very mannered. - do not miss the chance to visit antártica. - the drake passage was abominable.

Watching the Gentoo Penguins fighting and squabbling with her neighbors over pebbles to build its nest and how mummy/papa penguins changing shifts to keep their eggs warm and for those which had chicks, its remarkable watching them feed their young after an outing at the sea..

The highlight was breaking through the iced up Lemaire channel. Scenery was amazing and wildlife interesting if limited in species. A pleasant interesting bunch of tourists from several countries all of whom were keen to get out, see things and learn. We’ll show them photos of the animals, birds, icebergs, sea conditions, the ship and the journey there. No surprises.

Our trip was amazing!! Crew and Expedition leaders were AWESOME!!! The ship is just the right size for us. Wildlife is OMG & landscapes are breath taking!! Most magical moment was when we saw the penguins in action on their natural habitat.
