St. Andrews Bay and seeing the entire beach covered in king penguins and their babies. Also cruising through icebergs and seeing the calm/still sea in Antarctica.

One highlight was South Georgia. The trip would not have been the same without the myriad of wildlife seen on South Georgia. The landscapes in Antarctica are beyond amazing; they are serene and humbling. It was a pleasant surprise to see 4 different species of whales, including killer whales.

I enjoyed waking up to the sight of icebergs and getting the opportunity to be so close to wildlife like the seals and penguins.

The ship was at capacity due to 2 other ships passengers joining us but the the crew copied magnificently, always with good cheer. A real variety of people to mix with over great food and drinks. Great experience in emerging into the Antarctic wildlife environments. Interacting with expedition team members and learning from their knowledge and skills. Excellent atmosphere for friendship with other participants during the entire trip.

Antártica felt like a Mystical Journey. Kayaking surrounded by beautiful whales, walking on white mountains that felt like heaven on earth, majestic icebergs and friendly penguins that make you laugh!

Excellent. Out of this world landscape and wildlife more abundant than anyone can expect. Nearly everyone we met were very nice and we did develop a few new close friendships. However, as always, there were a few annoying people ("the front row people") and the "birder" group. No real surprises, but the serenity of Cierva Cove was magical.
